Bed and Breakfast close to Stansted airport situated to the north east of the airport, about a six minute journey by car. The B and B is a pretty thatched cottage in a delightful setting, adjoined by a 15th century barn with willow-lined pond, moor hens, ducks and other assorted wildlife. We have a selection of well appointed rooms decorated in a country cottage style. Accommodation comprises double room double room with extra single bedtwin room with extra fold down bed single occupancy available. It may be possible to adapt certain rooms depending on requirements. All rooms have private exterior access, colour tv, alarm clocks, tea and coffee making facilities. Hair dryers ironing board available.The local Village Link bus service route no.5 sets down and picks up at our gate and travels north to the market town of Saffron Walden via Thaxted with its' picturesque windmill, guildhall and parish church, or south to Bishop's Stortford via Stanstead airport. Trains run frequently to London ( Stansted Express - London Liverpool Street 45 minute journey ) or to Cambridge ( 30 minute journey) Coaches to London, Heathrow, Gatwick and Luton run frequently. London Stansted is near Bishops Stortford. Car Parking and transfers available.

M11 NORTHBOUND - LEAVE AT J8A. M11 SOUTHBOUND - LEAVE AT J8 Drive onto Stansted Airport; follow signs for the passenger terminal; at Coopers End roundabout just before the terminal ramp, take the last exit; 50 yards further at the mini roundabout turn left. After about 1 mile, turn right at the Three Horseshoes pub; just under a mile further turn right at the T-junction in Brick End, then immediately left next to the Prince of Wales pub; after approx. 1mile turn right at the T junction in Church End; after 300 yards further turn left, drive down the hill and take the second driveway on the left; upon entry turn immediately right into the car park.
